THURSDAY WINE TASTINGS

March 22:  The Best of the Blends

We all love a good Bordeaux, the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and several additional grapes that is a French favorite around the world.  We've added some other winning blends to the lineup, including Italy's Super Tuscan and California's Meritage, as well as examples from the Pacific Northwest and South America. 

April 12:  Zinfandel

California's Zinfandels are much loved for their spicy personalities.  We'll taste three Zins from different parts of the state (highlighting their unique characteristics due to regional elements) as well as a Primitivo from Apulia, Italy and a Plavac Mali from Croatia, two grapes proven to be related to Zinfandel.


6:30 - 7:30.  $20. per person; light antipasti served.
Reservations are required for these events, and we expect this tasting to sell out fast.
