Stellina owners and founders are Frank and Ginnie Curcio.  Twenty years ago, Frank's style of cooking set the standard that exists at Stellina today: that simple ingredients breed exceptional flavors.  Perhaps the best example of this is the Warm Tomato Salad with Goat Cheese, a winner of Boston Magazine's Best of Boston for three years.  Recent trips to Italy with chef Marc Bouchard have led to new inspirations that can be found on the menu.  Special attention is also given to the Wine List, which offers approximately fifty bottles from Italy, the U.S. and other notable growing regions.  A menu of ten to twelve wines by the glass regularly, selected to introduce our customers to new and unusual wines as well as provide some old favorites by the glass.

marc Marc Bouchard has been at Stellina since 1987, six months after the restaurant opened.  In the restaurant business for over thirty years, Marc brings an extensive knowledge and appreciation of fine food and wine to our kitchen.  A resident of New Hampshire, Marc writes a weekly food column for the Nashua Telegraph.
